**BEFORE YOU MESSAGE US, CHECK:**
**1. Order Status?**
Processing takes 1-3 business days, then DHL takes 8-12 days.Â
Check your email for tracking. No tracking after Day 4? WhatsApp us your order #.
**2. Need it urgently?**
All LED Mask orders are pre-orders: 9-15 business days total.
If you need it for an event next week, please DO NOT order.Â
We cannot expedite DHL Express from factory.
**3. Wrong address?**
Message us IMMEDIATELY if you typed wrong street/city.Â
Once DHL collects, address changes cost R500 or package is lost.
**4. Returns/Refunds?**
Read our Refund Policy first. Pre-orders have different terms than in-stock items.
