We’ve upgraded our order process so you get your Veloria products sooner.

*Same Day Processing*  

Order between *06:00 - 15:00* = processed same day. We pack + hand it to the courier that day.

*Next Day Processing*  

Order after *15:00* = processed next business day. Orders placed at 15:01 start fresh at 06:00.

*Weekend Ordering*  

We don’t process orders on weekends. Orders placed Sat-Sun will be processed *Monday 06:00* onwards.

*Public Holidays*  

We don’t process orders on public holidays. Processing resumes *next business day*.

*Quality Check*  

Every product is checked *twice* before it’s boxed. Quality first, speed second.
